Before we get started on the initial session, I will need to ask a few questions to get a general overview of your health. This also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions and establish your expectations from me, which all helps me determine the most appropriate focus for your treatment.
Reflexology and NeuroReflexology
You will simply need to remove shoes and socks, sink into a reclining chair, and relax. I will start by cleaning and warming your feet, the treatment consists of applying gentle pressure to certain areas of the feet, which will maximise benefit to you as our initial discussion, I work the right then left foot.
The treatment will be completed with a relaxing foot massage.
Facial Reflexology
After getting comfortable on the reclining chair, I will cleanse your face before starting the treatment. I often use oils or creams suitable for your treatment and skin, but this will be discussed prior to your first session. Then simply experience the blissfully relaxing facial...

Combination of Reflexology and Facial Reflexology £60.00
Treatments can be given in the comfort and privacy of your own home at no extra charge, if you could not travel to me.
However, it is essential that your treatment will not be disturbed.
