FACILITATE

CHANGE

ABOUT ME

I have always been drawn to having my own feet massaged,  after reading an article at University and learning that the feet constitute a map of the body on the sole, my interest in Reflexology grew.

I trained to level 3 practitioner in Reflexology, Level 3 in Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, from the Bath Complimentary Therapy Centre. 2014

I have a diploma in Neuro-Therapy, 2016

Specialist in working with conditions of the  nervous system, pain states and digestive issues.

I provided Reflexology for patients after traumatic Brain injuries in a clinical rehabilitation hospital. 2017 - 2018

I am currently involved in Clinical trial Research (NHS) in nerve innervation after spinal cord injury. 2019-present

I am fully insured and work to high professional standards.

An intuitive and empathetic therapist, treatments are tailored to you as an individual, this takes into account physical and non-physical factors which could be affecting your health and well-being.

I do not claim to cure, nor can I diagnose or prescribe, but

what I hope to achieve through reflexology is to facilitate, alleviate, restore, rebalance and ease.
